To work in partnership with Christian Reformed churches from across Ontario to help identify, shape, and empower emerging leaders for the harvest. 

In the context of a shared learning community of other adult leaders, as a participant in this three year program, you will be given opportunity to deepen your character, increase your biblical and theological knowledge, and broaden your ministry skills. 

Who is a good candidate for participation in the ECLDN program?

Someone who is . . .

• Already active in their local church or community in a leadership position.
• Ready to be challenged to grow in the next level of leadership.
• Able to articulate how the LDN can help them reach that next level.
• Prepared to complete monthly readings and assignments that supplement the learning in the monthly sessions.
• Ready to have God move in their hearts and to be challenged to have a love and passion to reach their communities.  
• Prepared to be mentored and held accountable.
