The mission of the ECLDN is to provide leaders a place to grow and develop in their knowledge of the Bible, skills of ministry and in their own personal character.Our goals are leader development and producing leaders who are harvest focused.We want to be a place where leaders can clarify their calling and grow into that calling.We are unashamedly asking God to move in the participants hearts and give them a love and passion to reach their communities.
Who is a good candidate for participation in the ECLDN?
Someone who is…
Already active in their local church or community in a leadership position.
Ready to be challenged to grow in the next level of leadership.
Able to articulate how the LDN can help them reach that next level.
Prepared to complete monthly readings and assignments that supplement the learning in the Saturday sessions.
Ready to have God move in their hearts and to be challenged to have a love and passion to reach their communities.
Prepared to be mentored and held accountable.
